What is darkness? Why do I have to go out of the darkness? Why do I have to go towards the light?
Have you seen a seed embedded in a seedbed? If it is covered with an earthen pot. Then the plant from the seed riggles out towards the light.
Why can't plants stay in darkness? We all know that if a plant is living, then it wants to grow. Similarly, if we are caught in a dark situation and we are living with it, we would want to come out of it. But humans have hearts and minds. They can think of which way to go. Be A Meditator- Every meditational experience is just a perspective, neither good nor bad

 

  Different people may have different perspectives on the same thing. It depends on the position or capacity from which we view things. For example, firework at festivals or at some important social event gives joy to the spectators. But a soldier who has just returned from the war field may not find it enjoyable, as they bring back the memories of a sudden round of fire from the enemy line. In the same way, the meditational experience may be different for different people. But that does not mean that my way of doing meditation is not correct.                                                                                                                 Every meditational experience is just a perspective in a field of unlimited perspectives. Swami Vivekanand the Divine Orator


 " Arise, Awake, and stop not until the goal is reached."

These are the words of the divine orator, Swami Vivekanand. He belonged to an era when India was struggling for independence.                                                                                                                        Swami Vivekanand ( Norendronat Doto) was born on 12 January 1863 in Kolkota. He was inclined from a young age towards spirituality. His guru was Ramakrishna, the well-known founder of Ramakrishna Mission and Belur Math at Hawra. After the death of Ramakrishna, Swami Vivekanand travelled extensively in the Indian subcontinent and later to America. He gave his famous speech in the American Parliament in 1893, which left everyone spellbound. He founded the Vedanta Society in New York and San Francisco. Later, he returned to India and settled at Belur Math, which is engaged in various humanitarian social services.                                                                                                                                                                                          Keep Meditating

 Sri Sri Paramhans Yogananda's original name was Mukund Lal Ghosh. Born in Gorakhpur and studied in Calcutta. He was a yogi and guru who introduced millions to meditation and Kriya yog through his organisations--                                                                                                                                             SRF in America--- ( Self Realisation Fellowship), and                                                                                 YSS in India---- ( Yogada Satsang Society )

His guru, Swami Sri Yukteshwar Giri, sent him to spread the teachings of Yoga to the West. He immigrated to America at the age of 27 to prove the unity between Eastern and Western religions and to preach a balance between Western material growth and Indian spirituality. Finally, he settled in Los Angeles and spent the last 32 years of his in America. One of his quotes is as follows.---
