Be A Meditator- Focus on fire rising through your form

 

    

 "Focus on fire", is taken from the "Osho- the book of secrets". Most of us want to get rid of our egos. Don't we? In the infographic, the artist shows the burning of ego and retention of self.  The ego is considered to exist in the head. If we focus on the process of breathing. When we exhale, space is created within. At that moment, we should close our eyes and enter within, and then when we inhale air (oxygen), energy is created. Imagine that this energy is burning the body.  Focus on fire rising from the toes upward to the head. Slowly there will be nothing. No ego too. Desire is the starting point of all achievements. Also, human behaviour flows from their desires. Desires are good only as long as it does not enslave us. Also, as long as it does not lead us to exploit someone. But a number of times our desires are not met, then we tend to get frustrated. In some cases, it causes immense suffering.
