The difference between logic and experiment is that when the sun rises there will be light all over the earth facing the sun. Every object will be clearly visible. There will be colours all around. Be A Meditator- Vibrate good energy into other's soul

Vibrate good energy! Everything in the universe is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. This includes our thoughts and emotions. Our vibrations can be thought of as the state of our emotions. Emotions are produced by our thoughts. Though thoughts are also shaped by our emotions, we have more control over our thoughts. We can have positive, healing, calming thoughts. This often happens automatically in meditation. I have personally experienced it.

We can also mindfully examine our thoughts. Is this thought healing the world or harming it? Is this thought creating anger in me or calmness? If a thought is creating anger, it need not be rejected. Instead, we can examine it deeply. Perhaps there is an injustice in our lives that is making us angry. Perhaps because an emotional need is not met, it is translating into anger. When we become aware of the deeper cause of our negative emotions, we can transform them by working deeply on the cause and addressing it in a proper way.

Meditation will improve our capability to examine our thoughts and emotions deeply and improve our lives.

When we close our eyes and start observing our breath to meditate. Intermittently, various thoughts appear, and many a time argument and counter-argument start within ourselves. The moment we become aware of arguments, we try to stop them. However, these thoughts come and go, and we are not to get involved with them. So it is a good practice to say-- " Yes, I agree with everything that comes up in my practice" Keep Meditating

Be A Meditator- Meditation can turn the emotions of anger into a great success

Anger is a much-talked-about human emotion. If it is bottled up, then it can consume our love, rationality, and emotional and physical health. If we direct the heat of anger towards others, it destroys everything in the path of friendships, work relationships, marriage, and family.
Physiologically, anger includes a two-stage jolt. The first stage is the surge of Adrenaline, which lasts for a few minutes but energises the body for immediate action. (fight or Flight)
The second surge of Catecholamines lasts longer, from a few hours to days. This is what can be used by sportspersons, mountaineers, divers, and army personnel or any individual to convert their actions into great success. So long as we control the anger we feel and don't let it control us, success is around the corner. Meditation can turn the emotions of anger into great success. Keep Meditating

Meditate Before Setting a Goal

When I looked out of the window, I saw some feathers flying up and down in the direction of the breeze. A strong breeze was blowing. When we meditate, we have to build a solid and constant feeling that something beautiful is waiting for us. It will come as and when we become eligible for it. Be A Meditator- Non dual consciousness is an inner awakening

Non-dual consciousness.
Now, what is this non-dual consciousness? Dual consciousness is a state where we are always looking at ourselves through the eyes of others. Like, " She is so beautiful but has no intelligence. Hardworking but no initiative. He is a school dropout, his future is doomed and so on." But we have read biographies of so many geniuses who are school dropouts. Perhaps these people did not spend time on what others are thinking about them.
Meditate to release this dual consciousness and focus only on our real consciousness, which is inner awakening energy. When we find this energy, our life becomes like the fragrant spring season. Keep Meditating
