Meditation! Meditation! Meditation! What is this meditation? I don't have time for meditation. I have to rush to my college, school or workplace. There are so many domestic chores remaining. We may come across such arguments. Such thoughts communicate that we need to calm our minds and bodies.
Meditation can calm our minds and encourage feelings of acceptance and harmony, like saying "Yes, I have to do these things". By staying in the moment, the mental stress levels can be reduced dramatically. If I am staying in a calm and relaxed body, all the work will go on without stress. Keep meditating

A conversation between self and mind. With most people, thoughts are crossing their minds all the time. We generally say let the thoughts come, they will go like a cloud. Do not get involved with it and start finding solutions during meditation.
But here is a meditator, whose mind is telling him that it will not be silent until his last breath.
The meditator says how you will come to know which is your last breath. The mind has no answer to it, and it goes silent. Do you have an answer to this question? Mind going silent is a difficult stage to achieve.

Did you notice that whenever we are watching TV or a movie on a screen, or computer or mobile phone, Scenes are projected on the screen in the form of moving pictures, but the moving images do not affect the screen?
