We are meant to be happy and experience all the good things in our life. So it becomes our duty to find joy in everything we choose to do, every job, relationship, home and it is also our responsibility to love it or change it. Easy said than done. But a belief that we have the power to change our life, is like embracing the fundamental truth that happiness is a possibility in our life. Once this idea takes root in our minds, we have started on a path to accepting more happiness in our lives. Meditation can enhance this belief that we can love everything and be happy. Keep Meditating
