It is said that during meditation thoughts come and go. But what can we do with the interfering thoughts which appear when we are not meditating? We can not force these thoughts from not being there or from not appearing again and again. If we try to push away anything by force, then many a time it bounces back with double force. Then what do we do? Meditation can help us to wear out these thoughts. When we are caught up in such a tricky situation, if we snatch out some time to meditate, we will find that these disturbing thoughts will start dissolving. Keep Meditating
