Be A Meditator- My breath feels good
We often see children jumping off furniture, touching wet paint or bumping into people and objects as they move excitedly to the playground. This is not a character flaw, it is the immense amount of energy that they possess. Most parents would want to channelise this energy. Can we do it? Maybe we can, if we teach children to observe their breath, we give them the ability to focus and control their reactions to any situation. That's what we need when we are older. But practising breath observation should be a pleasant experience. Like the boy in the infographics says," My breath feels like the Nutella on my spoon". Some children love Nutella. Keep Meditating
