Many a time we think. "Am I observing my breath in the right way? Why is my mind wavering during meditation? How do I focus on my breath?" Breathing is one of them. We can both observe ourselves breathing and also control our breath. This enables a wonderful opportunity for the strengthening of the body-mind connection.
